House of Ruchè

The La Mondianese farm was born from a precious root: the passion for wine and its culture.
These roots lie in the land of Ruchè, a very rare grape variety exclusive to the Monferrato belt north of Asti, with a DOC territory consisting of only seven municipalities.

Our wines

The ancient restored nineteenth-century farm has been flanked by a very modern cellar for winemaking and a beautiful barrel cellar that extends under the hill. La Mondianese is surrounded by 7.5 hectares of vineyards nestled between the hills of Montemagno and Castagnole Monferrato, in one of the most prestigious wine areas of Piedmont (Asti, Italy). It is the home of Ruchè.

The ancient 19th century residence, located in the Asti hills, is surrounded by vineyards and natural and relaxing landscapes. All rooms offer an enchanting view over our vineyards. Their names represent our wines.
