All the pasta is handmade and the ingredients that make up the menu are, of course, all local, collected or processed in the Monferrato hills. Must try the finanziera, one of the specialties of the area and of Milena.
Roberto is the soul of the “dining room” and, more generally, of the structure. An expert but above all a good advisor, he is the storyteller of the Antico Ricetto. He who knows how to combine his wine with every dish; first of which, of course, the Ruchè.
At their side Matteo, a perfect mix between Milena and Roberto, connoisseur and narrator of a territory at the service of hospitality.
